Conditions
1. Patients who receive nursing care based on a pressure injury prevention protocol combined with the use of foam dressings have a lower incidence of pressure injuries than those who receive the pressure injury prevention protocol alone.
2. Patients who receive nursing care based on a pressure injury prevention protocol combined with the use of foam dressings have lower care-related costs than those who receive the pressure injury prevention protocol alone.

shortening the duration of active phase of labor in primiparous women who received oxytocin and decrease labor pain during active phase is important.
Thus testing the combination of 2 methods 1) lower rate of oxytocin 2)applying upright position will be conducted in this study.
