This group receive no pre-warming before anesthesia induction,This group receive 5-minute pre-warming using underbody blanket before anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical sttus 1,2,3 2.Elective surgery under combine general-regional anesthesia 3.Open abdominal gynecologic surgery 4.BMI 18-2939 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Current infection, fever 2.hypothermia (body temperature<36) 3.Hypothyroid, throtoxicosis 4.alcohol, drug used 5.Pregnancy 6.Paracetamol or NSAID use 7.Patient refuses epidural catheter 8.Coagulopathy, thrombocytopenia or anti-thrombotic drug use 9.Local anesthetic drugs allergic history 10.Spine deformity
