Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the admission criteria under criteria 2. receiving one of the following treatments or interventions 2.1 Patients receiving vasopressor medications 2.2 Patients receiving sedation or muscle relaxant medications 2.3 ARDS patients undergoing treatment with prone positioning 2.4 Post cardiac arrest patients receiving therapeutic hypothermia 3. receive standard care combined with the application of foam dressings to the skin
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Patients who already have pressure injuries prior to admission to the intensive care unit. 2. Patients with a history of allergy to foam dressings. 3. Patients whose relatives do not consent to participation in the study or request withdrawal during the study period. 4. Patients with underlying conditions associated with fragile skin, such as bullous diseases.
