Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Systemic Inflammation Markers The evaluations will be conducted at the same time as the oral examination and CBC analysis, within the study's predefined time frame for data collection. Systemic inflammation markers (SII, NLR, PLR, NEUT, LYMPH, PLT) will be evaluated via complete blood count (CBC) analysis in children with and without untreated dental caries. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Dental Health Indices (dmft/DMFT and pufa/PUFA) The evaluations will be conducted during the oral examination and treatment process, as part of routine assessments on the same day the dental procedure is performed Dental health assessed using the dmft/DMFT index (decayed, missing, and filled teeth) for primary and permanent teeth, and the pufa/PUFA index (pulpal involvement, ulceration, abscess). | — |
