Limit exercise throughout 8 weeks of experiment,pectoral muscles self&#45
stretching exercise and scapular muscles especially lower trapezius and serratus anterior strengthening exercise 3 times/day for 8 weeks

18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: normal BMI, without underlying diseases, person who has the criteria of forward shoulder posture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: person who has history of chronic neck or shoulder pain (with pain scale more than 3), has cardiopulmonary problems, and participate the exercise training program less than 24 times from a total of 40
