Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation aged over 18 years elective surgery ASA class 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient's refusal difficult intubation uncommunicable patient surgery in mouth and throat remained endotracheal intubation allergy to special mouthwash
