Head and neck cancer patients who underwent radiotherapy. Telemedicine Teledentistry Head and neck cancer Oral hygiene Quality of lifePatients with sepsis Sepsis Antibiotics Sepsis system Automated dispensing MultidisciplinaryThis randomized comparative clinical study enrolled adult patients aged 18-80 years with Wagner-Meggitt grade 1-3 DFUs. Participants received either SOC wound management or SOC without topical anibiotic plus LTAPP using a standardized protocol. Patients were followed for up to 16 weeks or until healing/coverage. Outcomes included healed wounds, wound area reduction, wound volume reduction, exudate reduction, granulation tissue formation, necrotic tissue reduction, bacterial load reduction, time hemodynamic change blood pressure heart rate sore throat C&#45patient who pulse oximetry below 90% eg. cyanotic heart disease, pulmonary hypertension cyanotic heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, congenital heart disease, eisenmenger syndromeseptic shock Septic shocksevere asthma exacerbation severe asthma exacerbation, vibrating mesh nebulizer, aerogen
