Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more or equal 18 year-old 2.Suspected sepsis 3.Hypotension (BP < 90/60 mmHg and/or MAP < 65 mmHg)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-sepsis diagnosis 2.Refusal of treatment 3.Pregnancy 4.Incomplete data 5.Patients with conditions where Starling is not validated (e.g., congenital heart disease, LVADs).
