Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients underwent general anesthesia needed intubation 2.ASA 1-2 3.age 18-65

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.known case hypertension 2.on beta blocked for any reason 3.BMI>32 4.Pregnacy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
blood pressure and heart rate every 1 minute after intubation for 5 minutes from vital sign monitoring

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
sore throat 24 hr after operation post operative visit
