Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old 2. Diagnosis of Sepsis 3. First-dose empiric antibiotic treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients transferred from other wards and/or other hospitals with previous antibiotics use 2. Patients transferred to other hospitals because of Sepsis 3. Incomplete medical records
