All patients diagnosed with coronary artery disease
Application, coronary artery disease, cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein, self-management programPatients who were diagnosed as carpal tunnel syndrome and underwent operated under local anaesthesia with 1% xylocaine injection at surgical site and used tourniquet at arm for hemostasis.

The people with chronic diseases and poor control, including non-communicable disease (NCD), malnutrition, stress, depression, smoking and drinking alcohol. These are all factors related to cognitive impairment and behavioral impairment before dementia occur. These health behaviors are modifiable factors, that thType 2 diabetes mellitus
