Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Thai male and female individuals diagnosed with type 2 DM, aged 35 to 65 years, who receive medical treatment. The participants must possess a smartphone to access the website. The participants must have sufficient space to accommodate 2-3 meters of indoor rowing equipment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presentation of any cognitive impairments
