Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) may be cause of cognitive problems that lead older adults often being at normal to mild cognitive impairment (MCI)) and dementia, respectively. Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. adult aged over 60 years 2. exhibiting SCD or meet pre-clinical dementia criteria. They were required to show a specific level of cognitive change as indicated by their responses to the following set of questions aligning with the NIA-AA definition of transitional cognitive decline along the Alzheimer's disease continuum, who defined based on a positive response to at least Q1 and Q3 3. able to perform daily activities on their own and have no impairments or disabilities in movement, seeing and hearing 4. able to communicate in Thai and join throughout the program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. participants who had a confirmed diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or other form of dementia 2. showing signs of suspected dementia based on Thai MMSE score below 24 out of 30, in the prodromal stage based on a MoCA score below 26 3. diagnosed with MDD, psychosis, or sever health conditions such as cancer were excluded from the study
