Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presentation of any documented medical history of mental health disorders. 2. Presentation of any documented medical history ofretinopathy, heart disease, stroke, foot ulcers, extremity neuropathy, kidney disease, or infections.
