ObesityThe health conditions or problems studied in this research are anxiety and depression among university students. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of 24 - form Tai Chi interventions at different frequencies in reducing symptoms of these mental health issues, as measured by the Self - Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self - Rating Depression Scale (SDS).
