Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants in the study will be both gender aged between 60-75 years, with no history of lower extremity or lumbar spine nerve, muscle, or joint injuries at the time of study enrollment or in the past 6 months. 2. Participants have hamstring tightness, measured using the passive straight leg raise (SLR) test conducted by a physical therapist, with an angle of less than or equal to 80 deg. 3. Those with generalized muscle weakness, which is potentially indicative of possible sarcopenia, will be identified based on a calf circumference of less than 34 cm for males and less than 33 cm for females, or a Simple Questionnaire to Rapidly Diagnose Sarcopenia (SARCF) score of more than 4 score. Moreover, a handgrip strength of below 28 kg for males and below 18 kg for females was used in this context, according to the guidelines of the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia 2019. 4. Participants pass the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) screening for exercise safety. 5.Participants will not regularly engaged in flexibility or strength training exercises, such as yoga or weight training. 6. Participants will not currently taking medications that affect exercise, such as muscle relaxants or dietary supplements like collagen or whey protein. 7. Participants voluntarily agree to participate and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with neurological conditions, such as stroke, seizures, or brain injuries, will be excluded. 2. Participants with a history of chest pain (angina pectoris) will be excluded. 3. Missing more than 20% training sessions.
