Endometriotic cyst Endometriosis&#44Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy afilbercepy eylea biomarker oxidative stress interleukin&#45Singleton pregnancy woman GA 26 to 34 weeks presenting with preterm labor symptoms as premature contraction defined as regular uterine contractions more than4 times in 30 minute monitor by tocography, All woman will receive a transvaginal cervical length (TVCL) measurement and external fetal monitoring by cardiotocograph on admission. if TVCL less than 15mm the patient will be administered antenatal corticosteroid and tocolysis as they are at risk for preterm delivery.
