Age
20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) healthy women age 20-50 years 2) diagnose endometrioma size at least 3 cm in diameter and performed unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and hysterectomy already 3) No history of oral hormone within 3 months and no treatment history of รับ depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) or GnRH agonist 9 months before surgery 4) no contraindication for Ethinyl estradiol à¹à¸¥à¸°Desogestrel 5) no desire for a child
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) liver cirrhosis, chronic renal disease, coagulopathy or has a disease not suitable for surgery 2) have a contraindication to Ethinyl estradiol or Desgestrel 3) cannot tolerate to abnormal uterine bleeding, side effect of progestin-only pills 4) deny participating to the study
