Conditions

Central nervous system infection is a factor associated with an increase in perioperative mortality. Post-operative neurosurgical infection still highly prevalent and lethal syndrome. Nowadays, the Surviving Sepsis Campaign (SSC) has been developed as a guideline, but no study explores the clinical outcome. neurosurgical infection after craniotomy, mortality rate, surviving Sepsis Campaign, sepsis, ProtocolHaemorrhagic stroke can lead to complex neurological sequelae despite aggressive secondary brain injury prevention. Cerebrolysin is a neuroprotective agent composed of peptides extracted from pig brain that may help promote motor function recovery. The objective of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of cerebrolysin with those of usual care in improving of haemorrhagic stroke patients in a minimally conscious state (MCS).This randomized, single-blinded study, conducted from DecembeITP patients with platelet count below 150,000/L Helicobacter pylori screening ITP triple therapyIntermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) which augments significant increases of venous flow is suggested in neuro ICU patients when pharmacologic venous thromboembolism is contraindicated.
