Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers who did not participate in any nutritional intervention to reduce the consumption of oils and fats; In the activities of the academia de cidade program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers under 20 years of age.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of mean fat consumption in diet verified by the method 24-h dietary recalls (24DR) from the observation of a variation of at least 15% in pre and post intervention measurements.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of the total body weight verified by the method of measuring the weight in a mechanical digital scale; from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre and post intervention measurements.
