Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria for the test group: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Pain in prostate, perineum, testis or abdomen in at least three months in the past six months, with or without frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, etc.; 3. The two-cup method is consistent with NIH's diagnosis of type III prostatitis; Selection criteria for the control group: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. No previous pain in prostate, perineum, testis or abdomen and no urinary symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, etc. (CPSI score 0); 3. Routine normal prostate fluid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria of the test group: 1. Patients with chronic prostatitis who have previously visited a doctor; 2. Patients who have used antibiotics or probiotics within the past 2 months; 3. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases or surgical history; 4. Patients with critical illness or physical and mental illness, Those who cannot cooperate with the trial; 5. The investigator believes that there are other patients who are not suitable for inclusion. Control group exclusion criteria: 1. Have used antibiotics or probiotics in the past 2 months; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal disease or surgery history; 3. The investigator believes that there are other patients (depression, tumor, etc.) that are not suitable for inclusion.
