Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children selected to receive intravenous contrast media in Hu'nan Children's Hospital from June 2018 to September 2018; 2. Aged 0 to 18 years old; 3. Obtain the consent of the Hospital Ethics Committee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children whose blood creatinine values were not measured before or 48 ~ 72 hours after the use of contrast media; 2. Included in the study used within 7 days before the contrast agent of children; 3. Children who use other nephrotoxic drugs during hospitalization or within 2 weeks of hospitalization; 4. Recent acute injuries or hemodialysis in the children; 5. Children information incomplete or unwilling to cooperate;
