Tranexamic AcidPatient who underwent a total hysterectomy with or without adnexal surgery for benign uterine diseases with risk difficult operation for benign hysterectomy
Difficult operation,Hysterectomy,Intraoperative blood loss ,Excessive blood loss,Tranexamic acidTo determine the benefits of prophylactic tranexamic acid administration in preventing the decline of postoperative hemoglobin levels, minimizing intraoperative blood loss, and reducing the necessity for blood transfusions. Decreased intraoperative bleeding enhances surgical field visualization, thereby improving surgical safety, minimizing the destruction of healthy ovarian tissue, and reducing the utilization of electrosurgical coagulation. Consequently, this limits thermal injury to the adjacintraoperative blood loss in pregnant woman undergoes caesarean section due to placenta previa
