Conditions

In hand and upper extremity post-operative patients in urban areas at Faculty of Medicine Vajira Hospital Navamindradhiraj University starting from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Post-operative Hand and Upper Extremities Surgery Telemedicinemore than 3 months of dialysis experience, a score of 3 or higher on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) that meets the definition of uremic pruritus, diagnosed with uremic pruritus by a physician, conscious and able to communicate in Mandarin and Taiwanese and written form, and no history of mental illness.
