more than 3 months of dialysis experience, a score of 3 or higher on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) that meets the definition of uremic pruritus, diagnosed with uremic pruritus by a physician, conscious and able to communicate in Mandarin and Taiwanese and written form, and no history of mental illness. Interventions

Use a transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation device for 20 minutes each time, three times a week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 18 or older, with more than 3 months of dialysis experience 2. A score of 3 or higher on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) that meets the definition of uremic pruritus 3. Diagnosed with uremic pruritus by a physician 4. Conscious and able to communicate in Mandarin and Taiwanese and written form, and no history of mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a pacemaker;2.a history of epilepsy;3. open wounds on their skin.
