Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must possess the necessary technology and equipment to access healthcare services via telemedicine. 2. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years who have been diagnosed with conditions involving the hand and upper extremities, and who have undergone operative treatment at the Faculty of Medicine Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University. 3. Patients residing in urban areas, specifically including Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, and Chachoengsao provinces.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who decline to receive healthcare services via telemedicine. 2. Patients diagnosed with hand and upper extremity conditions that require follow-up through radiological imaging or other procedures deemed by the physician to necessitate in-person follow-up at the hospital only.
