Adhesive capsulitis is common disease manifesting with pain and limit motion of affected shoulder, inflammatory reaction as the main factor produce this symptom and progression of Adhesive capsulitis, intra-articular corticosteroid injection have a main stay in the non-operative treatment decrease pain maximum in 6 week and duration of drug no longer than 16 weeks after injection, Ketorolac in NASIDs considered as alternative in intra-articular injection it strong anti-inflaMild to moderate myofascial pain in the neck, shoulder, and upper back regions in adults aged 20 to 60 years who seek treatment at a Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic. The condition is characterized by localized muscle pain, stiffness, or discomfort often associated with muscle strain, poor posture, or repetitive stress. The study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a topical plai and cannabis leaf oil formulation compared to sunflower oil in alleviating these symptoms.
