Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 60 years 2. Muscle pain in the neck, shoulder, or upper back for at least 2 weeks 3. Baseline pain score of 4 or more using a standard pain assessment scale such as VAS or NRS 4. Willing to participate and able to provide written informed consent 5. No known allergy to any component in the plai and cannabis leaf oil or sunflower oil 6. No serious underlying condition that may affect pain assessment, such as rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, or central nervous system disorders 7. No use of analgesics or muscle relaxants within 1 week before study enrollment 8. Not pregnant or breastfeeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Development of allergic reaction to the plai and cannabis leaf oil or sunflower oil during the study 2. Serious underlying condition affecting pain assessment during the study period 3. Pregnancy during the study period 4. High fever with body temperature more than 38 degrees Celsius during the study 5. Voluntary withdrawal from the study for personal reasons
