35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. men or women aged between 35 and 75 years old 2. hypertension diagnosed (at less 6 months), registered, attended follow-up, appointments at the Health Promotion Hospital and currently taking antihypertensive medicines 3. own and able to download and use Mobile App (LINE) on a mobile device 4. ability to attend a follow-up study visit at 2 months 5. able to read and write in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of end-stage kidney disease or pregnant or lactating women
