Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged of 18 years or older. 2. Confirmed histological diagnosis of solid organ cancer or lymphoma, meeting at least one of the following conditions: -Newly diagnosed: Confirmed by biopsy within the past 6 months. -Disease Status: Recurrent, refractory, or metastatic cancer. -Active Treatment: Currently undergoing treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiation therapy. 3. A recent diagnosis of CA-VTE within the past 3 months, involving at least one of the following: -Symptomatic or Incidental DVT/PE: Deep Vein Thrombosis of the leg or Pulmonary Embolism, confirmed by Doppler ultrasonography, CT Pulmonary Angiography (CTPA), or V/Q scan. -Upper Extremity DVT: Deep Vein Thrombosis of the arm. -Unusual Site Thrombosis: Including cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, mesenteric vein thrombosis, or inferior vena cava (IVC) thrombosis. 4. The CA-VTE must have been diagnosed within one of the following windows: -Between 1 week and 6 months following the initial cancer diagnosis. -During active cancer treatment. -During a period of cancer recurrence.

Exclusion criteria: 1.missing data 2.pregnancy 3.anticoagulant used in other indications 4.unconfirmed VTE 5.Superficial Vein Thrombosis 6.Benign tumor
