18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Age between 18 and 60 years, 2Body mass index greater than 23 kg per square meter, 3Generally healthy with no severe chronic diseases, 4Stable body weight during the past 3 months with less than 5 percent change

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Presence of medical conditions that may affect metabolism or body composition including diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, liver cirrhosis, or chronic kidney disease stage 3 or higher, 2Current use of medications or dietary supplements known to influence metabolism, body weight, or hormonal status including corticosteroids or pharmacological weight loss agents, 3Participation in a structured weight loss program or use of protein based dietary supplements within the past 3 months, 4Adherence to restrictive or special dietary patterns including vegetarian or ketogenic diets, 5Known allergy or intolerance to milk protein including whey protein or soy protein, 6History or current diagnosis of eating disorders including anorexia nervosa or binge eating disorder, 7Previous history of bariatric surgery, 8Pregnant or lactating women, 9Current smoking of more than 20 cigarettes per day, 10Regular alcohol consumption exceeding 2 standard drinks per day
