Interventions

A chocolate powder that contains 7.7g of sugar mixed in 200ml of water, and provided to participant for consuming post maximal treadmill running test.,A chocolate powder that contains 10.45g of sugar

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy with no chronic or acute diseases. 2. Does not have injuries that restrict running movements for at least 6 months. 3. Age between 18-25 years old. 4. Experienced in playing badminton for at least 3 years. 5. Currently playing badminton at least once per week for not less than 2 hours. 6. Have a moderate to high level of physical activity determined by International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ) 7. Not allergic to milk nor lactose intolerance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any chronic or acute diseases. 2. Obese individuals (BMI>30). 3. Currently or a former state/national/competitive player.
