Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. Adults aged 18 to 30 years 2. Minimum education: intermediate. 3. self-reported having a physician diagnosis of migraine (episodic or chronic) 4. Experiencing migraines for at least six months with moderate psychological distress 5. Willing to participate in an 8-week MBSR program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Individuals with neurological disorders other than migraines. 2. Those with severe psychiatric conditions (e.g., psychosis, bipolar disorder). 3. Pregnant women or individuals with uncontrolled medical conditions. 4. Prior engagement in structured mindfulness or meditation programs in the past six months.
