18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Adults from different Educational background. Male and female both are included. Age range is between 18-25 years. Adults with History of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Young adults from all socioeconomic status. Adults with Willingness to Participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Adults with Recent History of Trauma or Crisis 2. Adults with any diagnosed psychological illness or disorder. 3. Adults with Psychological treatment for Adverse Childhood Experiences. 4. Sample not fulfilling the pre-determined criteria of inclusion. 5. Adults who skipped 1 or more than 1 sessions.
