Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants in the study will physically active males aged between 18-35 years, with no history of lower extremity or lumbar spine nerve, muscle, or joint injuries at the time of study enrollment or in the past 6 months. 2. Participants have hamstring tightness, measured using the passive straight leg raise (SLR) test conducted by a physical therapist, with an angle of less than or equal to 80 deg 3. Participants pass the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) screening for exercise safety. 4.Participants will not regularly engaged in flexibility or strength training exercises, such as yoga or weight training. 5. Participants will not currently taking medications that affect exercise, such as muscle relaxants or dietary supplements like collagen or whey protein. 6.Participants have a body mass index (BMI) of 24.9 kgm2 or less. 7. Participants voluntarily agree to participate and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with neurological conditions, such as stroke, seizures, or brain injuries, will be excluded. 2. Participants with a history of chest pain (angina pectoris) will be excluded. 3. Missing more than 20% training sessions.
