Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who had been diagnosed as osteoarthritis knee according to American college of rheumatology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: secondary osteoarthritis knee, inflammatory joint disease, previous knee infection, or previous knee surgery, high risk for injection treatment such as immunocompromised host, on anticoagulants, hemophilia or other bleeding disorders; and susceptibility to platelet dysfunction such as antiplatelet drugs use, low platelet count(<150,000/mm3), or autoimmune disorders
