Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female volunteers, aged between 45-65 years, with normal physical health, that is, no congenital disease and not taking medicine. 2. Has a standard weight Measure body mass index (BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m2) 3. Assess health status With the Thai version of the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) assessment, it was within normal limits. 4. Can communicate Can read and write Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a chronic disease that requires continuous medication, including cardiovascular disease or Clogged arteries from blood clots, lung disease, diseases of the thyroid gland, adrenal gland, pituitary gland, cancer, diabetes, allergies, liver disease, and a history of brain injury. 2. Take fat-reducing medicine, Blood sugar lowering medicine, Blood pressure lowering drugs or drugs that interfere with platelet function, such as aspirin and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 3. Take other dietary supplements that affect the brain, heart, and blood vessels, as well as metabolic processes such as weight loss and fat reduction. 4. Total cholesterol level more than 239 mg/dL, triglycerides more than150 mg/dL, bad cholesterol LDL-C more than 159 mg/dL. 5. Are obese and are currently being treated with medication. 6. Drink more than 5 alcoholic beverages per day. 7. Smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day. 8. Currently using birth control pills 9. Are pregnant or plan to become pregnant during the research period. 10. Breastfeeding. 11. Currently participating in other projects.
