Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy based on the criteria of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I and II, Following surgical removal of impacted mandibular third molar (mesioangulation)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergic to ibuprofen, inflammation after surgical removal of impacted mandibular third molar, take analgesic drug 1 week prior to surgery, psychological disorders, no communication nor co-operation
