18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18 years or older 2. no underlying conditions 3. not taking any medication or oral contraceptives 4. not allergic to melatonin or lactose 5. not pregnant or lactating 6. not having period during time to collect saliva

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. use melatonin within 24h prior to experiment 2. drink alcohol within 12h 3. eat food within 1 h prior to saliva collection
