Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cerebral palsy based on paeditrician neurology consultant, aged between 2 and 18 years and diagnosed constipation according to Rome IV criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children with critically ill, chromosomal abnormalities, Hirschprung disease, spina bifida, hypothyroidism, and gastrointestinal obstruction
