Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants (18-75 years old) with myofascial pain at trapezius muscle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history surgery or trauma at neck area fribomyalgia cervical herniation cervical radiculopathy cervical myelopathy Nsaids or ultrasound gel allergy pregnancy , lactation recent recieved physiotherapy in 3 month ago
