18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 18 to 80 years old 2.ECOG 0-2 3.histopathological diagnosed small cell lung cancer 4.no evidence of brain metastasis on cranial-MRI 5.no progression of primary tumor and/or extra-cranial metastasis after complete standard treatment (chemotherapy and/or thoracic radiotherapy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.history of previous cranial irradiation 2.evidence of leptomeningeal dissemination
