Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipient in King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital after IRB has been approved 2 Age >/= 15 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who had received a previous allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 2 Patients whose fecal material was insufficient for bacterial DNA extraction
