18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: &#45;A type 2 diabetes mellitus who were diagnosis from FBS ≥ 126mg/dl for at least 2 times. &#45;APACHE II score < 30. &#45;On feeding tube. &#45;Enteral feeding was feed at least 48 hours and gastric residual volume is least than half of all day feeding. &#45;Feeding 4 times a day. &#45;Enteral feeding is at least 5 days of this admission. &#45;Vital sign is stable. &#45;The subject can be ventilated with ventilator with endotracheal tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45;Pregnancy. &#45;Critical illness with unstable vital sign. &#45;End of life care. &#45;Gut obstruction. &#45;Feeding intolerance with gastric residual volume > 250ml/meal&#44; diarrhea > 3 times/day for 2 days or diarrhea > 500ml/d for 2 days
