Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Montgomery Asberg depressive rating scale (MADRS) more than 20 scores 2. Normal CBC. EKG,BUN/Cr, Liver function test 3. Accept to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women ( Negative pregnancy test) 2. No previous history of curcumin allergy
