Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Healthy smokers who would like to quit • Aged between 18-60 years old • Smoking for at least 1 years • Mild to moderate level of nicotine dependence (FTND score 1-5)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Currently participating in other smoking cessation program • Currently in treatment for psychiatric illness • Unable to perform breathing exercise • Unable to set a quit date within 2 weeks after start the program
