18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Healthy smokers who would like to quit • Aged between 18-60 years old • Smoking for at least 1 years • Mild to moderate level of nicotine dependence (FTND score 1-5)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Currently participating in other smoking cessation program • Currently in treatment for psychiatric illness • Unable to perform breathing exercise • Unable to set a quit date within 2 weeks after start the program

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
smoking cessation rate every week for 12 weeks self reported with expired CO,smoking cessation rate 3 months and 6 months after quit date self reported with saliva cotinine level verification

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life at the beginning of study, 3 months, and 6 months self reported questionnaire (SF-36) ,lung function at the beginning of study, 3 months, and 6 months Using Spirometer,Heart rate variability (HRV) at the beginning of study, 3 months, and 6 months ECG signal and analyzed by PC-ECG1200 software ,exercise adherence everyday for 12 weeks self reported questionnaire (diary)
