Healthy patients with tooth requiring root canal treatment mature root mineral trioxide aggregate regenerative endodontics

Interventions

Conventional root canal treatment procedure will be performed,Revascularization procedure will be performed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years old Patients without any systematic disease Tooth with periapical lesion (>Score 3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Retreatment cases Presence of generalize periodontitis Presence of periodontal pocket Presence of dental anomalies such as dens invaginatus Periapical lesion higher than 5 mm Tooth with problems in anesthesia procedure Complications during treatment procedures
