Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years old Patients without any systematic disease Tooth with periapical lesion (>Score 3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Retreatment cases Presence of generalize periodontitis Presence of periodontal pocket Presence of dental anomalies such as dens invaginatus Periapical lesion higher than 5 mm Tooth with problems in anesthesia procedure Complications during treatment procedures
