18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients range from 18 to 70 years,with chronic kidney diseases(CKD 5),eGFR<15ml/(min·1.73 m2) in West China Hospital of Sichuan University,who volunteered to receive peritoneal dialysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled acute complications including:acute left heart failure、severe electrolyte imbalance and acid-base imbalance、gastrointestinal bleeding etc;serious infection;Uncontrolled hypertension(SBP>180mmHg,DBP>100mmHg);severe anemia;severe cirrhosis;allergic to anesthetic;coagulation disorders;previous abdominal surgery history;always get paregoric;pregnancy or suckling;mental disorder
