Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals who have a normal BMI (18.5-24.9 kg/m2) 2 Individuals who live a sedentary lifestyle 3 Individuals who are regular consumers of white rice 4 Individuals who are willing to provide an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed individual living with diabetes and hypertension 2 Individuals on medication such as anti-diabetic and anti-hypertension medications 3 Individuals with food allergies to our study foods 4 Individuals who smoke 5 Individuals who consume more than two units or two drinks of alcohol
