Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Resident of Bungoma, West Pokot or Kilifi counties. Recently underwent female genital fistula surgery (6 months to 3 years ) Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) score of less than 2.99 World Health Organisation Disability Assessment Scale (WHODAS) 2.0, which is greater than 16.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incapable of providing informed consent. Not meeting the inclusion criteria Meet the inclusion criteria but are not physically or mentally able to participate in the study.
